[1] Licensed game endorsed by Australian golfer and two times British Open champion Greg Norman.

[2] The U.S. version was released by Melbourne House as GREG NORMAN'S SHARK ATTACK!: THE ULTIMATE GOLF SIMULATOR.

[3] Another version was released in Europe and Australasia by Gremlin as GREG NORMAN'S ULTIMATE GOLF.

[4] A third version minus Greg Norman's endorsement on the game box was released by Gremlin as ULTIMATE! GOLF, presumably for the European market per se where perhaps Norman was less well-known. The budget re-release also went by this title.

[5] Distributed in Italy by Leader.
